Alba Lupus Pty Ltd provides economically viable support in the continuing lean Global Oil & Gas business climate. We are a small boutique consulting company which operates successfully in the marketplace of the ‘Big 4’.

Our core competencies are to provide Project Management, Organisational Development and behavioural consulting services, with a specific focus on operational improvement and support for frontline Oil and Gas providers.

The oil and gas industry has recognised the need to be innovative and digitise the oil field operations in order to optimise operational efficiencies. The industry has significant investment planned in digitisation over the next 10 to 20 years.

Alba Lupus is heavily involved in developing key industry projects and have developed specialist skills and knowledge in innovative Digital solutions, DOF technology, processes and systems.

People
We like to offer clients a flexible resource solution, providing the right resources at the right time for the project. This often helps with peaks and troughs of programme delivery especially where agile delivery is required.
We prefer to provide resources that are like-minded and experienced operational professionals. They are available for FIFO support at critical or busy periods, longer term placement or call off for advisory SME work.
Depending upon a clients’ corporate and social programme, we can also recruit in country and ensure smooth handover of knowledge and on-going support for local resource without any impact on delivery of the work.
